+We discussed releasing 3.1.0. The plan is to cut the release before the Christmas break. We went through the issues and PRs that were open for 3.1.0 and did some triage. We're now down to 5 issues, which are more or loss blockers for the release: https://github.com/openlayers/ol3/milestones/v3.1.0.
