ahocevar 42fedc4d69 Make it safer to extend the Google Layer by not invoking Map.getLayersByClass. Also removed an unused variable. tschaub made one more change to check for other Google layers only if we have a cache already - otherwise the whole logic would not apply anyway. ahocevar c9df8f4d43 Added documentDrag option to the DragPan control and Drag handler. 
When set to true, this allow pan-dragging while outside the map.
