Added a pixelRatio adjust to the canvasTileLayer 'forEachLayerAtPixel' method
This method was composing a frame that was only accurate for devices with a pixelRatio of 1. Now the canvas widths and heights are multiplied beforehand by the pixelRatio. #5601
