ahocevar 2ee362a79b New tile image cache and tile queue improvements

We now reuse tile images by maintaining a cache of image elements with a
simplified LRU expiry policy (by order, not by timestamp). The tile queue
is bypassed for images that are available in the cache, so they can be
rendered immediately. And the tile queue itself loads more than just one
image at a time now (2 per layer url).

when using BBOX or Fixed strategies, pass on the filter used in the request to the loadstart event. This is mostly important in the case of BBOX, since there is no other way to get the filter used in the request. An example use case is doing a hitCount request using the same filter to find out the true number of features matched on the server-side

This directory contains unit tests for the OpenLayers library.

Tests use the Test.AnotherWay library from <http://openjsan.org>. The test
runner is 'run-tests.html' and new test files need to be added to
'list-tests.html'.

The following file naming conventions are used:

  * A filename that starts with `test_` and has an `.html` extension
    contains tests. These should contain tests for a specific class.

  * A filename starting with `page_` and has an `.html` extension is a
    supporting HTML file used in one or more tests.

  * A filename starting with 'data_` is a supporting data file used in one
    or more tests.
