8f50443a77 If I commit this, svn will auto-checkout onto /dev/ on openlayers.org, and then I'll be able to actually use that service to do what I need to do, since I have no perms to run cgi on my own. Hooray for commit access

4c684565ef MapViewerService now supports additional URL args: 
* controls=panzoom,mouse -- set up different controls. Also allows 'layerswitcher'
 * layers=openlayers,nasa -- set up different layers. Only these two are supported at the moment.
 * center, zoom, data are all the same as before.

These changes are relevant to Ticket #12.

06cbeb2f11 fix for #60 
conversions to/from lonlat/px need to take into account
the offset of the layersContainerDiv. 


I have introduced the following functions for converting
between layer and screen pixel values:

getLayerPxFromScreenPx() and getScreenPxFromLayerPx()

they are pretty self-explanitory.


I then renamed:

getPixelFromLonLat() and getLonLatFromPixel()

to:

getScreenPxFromLonLat() and getLonLatFroScreenmPx()

and added:

getLayerPxFromLonLat() and getLonLatFromLayerPx()


updates were made throughout the code, demos, and tests
so everything should still run smoothly.
