bebd7b6b26 Changes to parsing of KML displayName 
To avoid loss of information the behaviour
of parsing the displayName (if a name attribute is
also given) is changed.

6006a9d9b5 Allow unprefixed WMTS tileMatrix identifiers 
`ol.tilegrid.WMTS.createFromCapabilitiesMatrixSet` fails when tileMatrix identifiers
are not prefixed by their tileMatrixSet identifier.
