Implement text rendering along paths
...
This commit also changes the TextReplay.drawText() signature, and moves
geometry calculation into drawText(). This improves performance where no
text needs to be rendered (TextStyle.getText() == ''), which is used often
in applications.

To make sure that our binarySearch implementation meets the requirements of
the library, I added more tests for ol.geom.flat.interpolate.lineString, only
to find out that it does not handle line strings with repeated vertices
properly, regardless of what binarySearch implementation is used.

This commit adds tests for `intersectsExtent` of Point, LineString, Polygon,
MultiPoint, MultiLineString, MultiPolygon and GeometryCollection.
It also adds a basic test for `getExtent` of MultiPolygon

Consistent circle transform
...
Depending on compilation flags, applying a transform used to either:
- work;
- fail throwing an abstract method not implemented message;
- fail silently.
Now it should consistently work, like the other geometries.
Adding a polygon factory method creating an approximation of a circle on
a plane would be useful for users wanting the circle to be deformed.
It would be similar to the `circular` function which creates an
approximation of a circle on a sphere.
