b848e824d7 modify Grid to use HTTPRequest, update WMS & WFS with their necessary specifications -- capitalizing all parameters and adding SRS param from getProjection()

44fee8a018 Added an 'alpha' option to Layer.Grid by which Layers can have the PNG alpha hack enabled on a per-Layer basis.

dcb0f24f50 Move getZoomForExtent from WMS to Grid. This also applies to WorldWind and KaMap, so having it in Grid.js means we can use it in more cases where it will matter.

0763e08c12 If we don't have a tileSize when we're cloning, that means we're going to pick up the default from the Map Real Soon Now (tm), so we'll just not bother setting the tile size on our cloned layer.

77c168462b need to make WMS & WFS case-independent. I dont know why I chose to move them all to uppercase instead of lowercase, but I did. This required changing the test cases and the 'srs' property which is set in Grid. Personally, I dont think that is the best place to set it, but so be it jedi. As long as I have the mic, i'd add that having 'projection' stored in both map and layer objects seems a bit redundant as well.

ef37b10ef7 pass the position in as parameter on new tile creation. remove unnecessary setPosition() function, as tiles no longer really get moved. they get drawn in their div and then the div moves around. no need to make that any more complicated. update tests for that. Also, finish renaming 'grid' to 'layer' (from r369).

2f5f40bfe1 Move projection information storage to map. Layer/Grid.js sets the projection when it creates a tile url, and it's no longer in the default params of WMS.js.

4d0179df50 Added additional sensible defaults to Layer.WMS.DEFAULT_PARAMS, and fixed constructor to only set defaults on param keys that aren't already set (e.g. format). Added tests, which pass.
