7da6a3540e Merge the excellent documentation work done during foss4g into trunk. Many
thanks to all the contributors who helped put this together. 
I'm not exactly sure of what's going to happen with this, but for now,
at http://openlayers.org/dev/doc/examples.html you can see links to all the
examples *with descriptions*. Hooray!

e3e192f869 Commit change to worldwind layer so you can turn off landsat and see bathy layer. They only overlap at one zoom.

e0c564c0e3 Add worldwind support to OpenLayers. To define a worldwind layer, you need a URL, a lzd (level zero degrees), a maxZoom level, and a param name 'T' to define the map you're pulling from.
