- Add writeFeatureElement (copied and adapted from ol.format.GML3)
- Add writeGeometryElement (copied and adapted from ol.format.GML3)
- Add related constants (GEOMETRY_SERIALIZERS_, GEOMETRY_NODE_FACTORY_)
- Add empty serialization methods
