526c8a6e1e nullify these grids on exit so that we dont try to destroy them... which was raising errors when running tests on IE

ef83f182ca do not mess with DEFAULT_PARAMS -- in mozilla, where the tests get called in the opposite order, this was bombing.

fc41d9dac1 update projection processing. if a layer (or the map) declares its projection as 'none' then no SRS parameter is added to the WMS/WFS requests

a6d4a42058 add a destroy() function and a clone() function -- they are mostly empty but they are there for people to add on. Also added a check to make sure that a grid has been loaded before trying to re-init tiles after a mergeParams. added extensive tests.

2117aa0539 Commit a 'changeParams' method, along with test and example, to show how it would be possible to use WMS-T with changeParams. ChangeParams sets the new params, then recalls initTiles with the new params set.

9b9a902ec0 Add additional fallback for Map.js if getDimensions doesn't work. I think this is essentially a 'special case' for our testing process, but it fixes it for this case.

77c168462b need to make WMS & WFS case-independent. I dont know why I chose to move them all to uppercase instead of lowercase, but I did. This required changing the test cases and the 'srs' property which is set in Grid. Personally, I dont think that is the best place to set it, but so be it jedi. As long as I have the mic, i'd add that having 'projection' stored in both map and layer objects seems a bit redundant as well.

4d0179df50 Added additional sensible defaults to Layer.WMS.DEFAULT_PARAMS, and fixed constructor to only set defaults on param keys that aren't already set (e.g. format). Added tests, which pass.

6c5b85626e Add tests for WMS layer. This is one of the first tests that probably will catch 
real errors: addTile is probably relatively thoroughly covered in testing now.
