49ee4bbd1c Adding tests for ZoomSlider drags ending out of bounds. 
As per the existing tests for the slider, ensure that listeners are unbound
correctly and values are as expected.

2719baa0f6 Replace new clearOnMouseOut option with undefinedHTML=undefined 
API break: set `undefinedHTML` to special value `undefined` to retain
the most recent MousePosition value.
