TypeScript doesn't like the current implementation:
```
src/ol/control/MousePosition.js(82,64): error TS2339: Property 'undefinedHTML' does not exist on type 'never'.

2719baa0f6 Replace new clearOnMouseOut option with undefinedHTML=undefined 
API break: set `undefinedHTML` to special value `undefined` to retain
the most recent MousePosition value.
