5804cc6cb3 small cleanup of basic OpenLayers.Feature functionality -- specifically adding full control for popup and marker creation and destruction and better comments for all that. all tests pass.

c1b8c8dd60 change the '@require:' to '@requires' so as to be compatible with JSDOC standards. put these directly inside the class definition comment block. update script to suggest this and update all source files to follow pattern. Caught a missing @requires in the EventPane.js file

841fdcbfb3 split Util.js into two files. BaseTypes.js will contain all the OL Base types, such as Pixel, LonLat, Bounds, etc., as well as all the standard javascript basetypes (string, number, etc) extensions. All else remains in Util.js. In theory I have fixed all dependencies. If this doesn't work, I'll rollback.

fc366b73fe recommitting r574 - the bug was in the OpenLayers.Feature destroy() function, which was not checking to ensure a valid map setting.

b8d6aaed64 have the 'data' property just set an OpenLayers.Icon object. Remove default marker image loading code as it has been bubbled down into OpenLayers.Marker.

44760110bf add layer as first param to base OpenLayers.Feature class. Redo createMarker() and add createPopup(). Redo famous WFS loop so that now it just creates features (according to the feature class passed in) and stores those features in an array. update tests

eaa7ddcfd9 Commit simplified Feature class. Features in the main OpenLayers parlance will not be the behemoth that they were in past versions, doing data parsing and everything on their own. Instead, a feature will be a minimal container for point-based data, to which other methods can be added: Feature.WFS might parse data out of XML, while Feature.Text might parse it out of CSV.
