## "chrome" added to OpenLayers.BROWSER_NAME
Chrome was incorrectly detected as "safari". Code that expect OpenLayers.BROWSER_NAME to be "safari" in Google Chrome will cause problems. Test for "chrome" as well, or use the new OpenLayers.IS_WEBKIT.
