* added stroke, fill and graphic symbolizer properties (all boolean) to
control whether or not to render a stroke, fill and graphic. * added a defaultsPerSymbolizer property to OpenLayers.Style to allow for extending incomplete symbolizers with defaults for stroke, fill or graphic.
